I had to settle for the regular chicken, which was pretty disappointing already. Then, as we moved down the line, I told the worker I wanted mild queso. What did she give me? Spicy. I don't even know how that happens, especially when I made it clear what I wanted. But the worst part? They were out of half the toppings! No corn, no fajitas (peppers and onions), and—get this—no guacamole! How are you going to be out of basic ingredients and still charge me full price for a subpar meal? It’s honestly ridiculous. I won’t be coming back. What’s the point of paying for a custom burrito if half the stuff you want is unavailable? Total waste of money. If you can’t keep your ingredients stocked, maybe rethink your business model. 👎
