  Unfortunately, this was yet another disappointing Sonic experience. It seems like Sonics are consistently bad regardless of the location or what time you visit. Today I ordered an Ultimate Breakfast Burrito with extra bacon and chili cheese fries at 8:27 AM. At 8:40 AM, I received cold chili dumped over barely warm fries and a burrito that had no cheese or bacon at all. Instead, it had an egg and only two tater tots. For an order that took 13 minutes during breakfast and I was the only car here the whole time, this is ridiculous. The carhop apologized when I finally got out and went inside because they wouldn’t answer the phone. She told me the cook had just woken up and that she would fix the order herself. I appreciate her trying to make it right, but customers shouldn’t have to leave their cars and track someone down to get an incorrect order fixed. Sonic seriously needs to do better with food quality, order accuracy, and basic customer service.

  Shake was pretty much melted lids weren’t put on correctly and spilled and took way to long to get my order that was only a few small things like come on

  Set for 45 minutes and never got our food so they suck and we left and went to eat somewhere else
