  The people who work here are amazing kind of the best ive ever experienced but whoever owns this location is out of touch, there is no soda machine outside in the dining hall and the employees have to walk out of the front to order our food on the kiosk then back to the register to take the money the person who owns this place must have never worked a day in his life because he doesn't care about his employees labor and somehow he still happen to be having some great help Monday September 21st 2026 at 430 pm I hope they make 15 or more an hr with how much money you are saving by not having all the common pleasantries in the eating area at your AI McDonald's

  This McDonalds prices their ice cream cones almost double the price compared to the Poteau restaurant . Over $3 compared to $1.40 all in at the Poteau location. The inside service was also lacking the last time I was there. What gives with all the self ordering stuff there. Seems like there should be a discount for ordering and paying on your own . I don’t think they really want inside customers from the vibe I got . It may be a corporate change to get customers to just use the drive-thru. Why not just close all the dine in options if they don’t want customers inside anymore. Very uninviting and cold atmosphere. They don’t even have refill your own drink options anymore. Again that’s probably a corporate shift to get customers to stick with the drive-thru. They used to be a lot better when they were in the other location. I guess all things change- though sometimes not for the better from a customers perspective. Money wins I guess… Gone are the days when the fries tasted so much better and they stored their potatoes on site , cured , peeled, and cut their own. The menu had only hamburger, cheeseburger, fries , chocolate / strawberry/ vanilla milkshakes and a few soft drinks . Of course back then too there were no drive thru or even sit down dine in McDonalds. And they didn’t look cross-eyed at you when you paid with cash. They only had a walk up counter and people there were really friendly. I’m not sure Ray Kroc did the world any favors with frozen fries and all the other non essentials.

  The food and service were great. Note to travelers: From 6am to 6pm, you can enter from the highway, but you can't pull directly back onto the highway. The city has set up a detour into town.

  I come to get three cheeseburgers and I sit in the line for 15 minutes and they gave me a plain cheeseburger with no ketchup no pickle or anything. Y’all need to do better.
