  The wait times are getting out of hand. Several times I have ordered a single drink and have waited 10+ minutes. Once they said my order was lost because they marked it as complete but never brought it out. I’m not a big review writer but after the experience today i thought why not.. today i ordered a large cherry limeade, there was maybe 3 cars there. It wasn’t lunch time nothing. I waited 10 minutes before canceling my order. When I pushed the button to cancel they didn’t even know what I had ordered. But there was no apology or nothing. I told them I was out of time and had to cancel my order and then they told me to hold on. lol doesn’t make sense. Sonic is THE drink stop. I could understand if they were packed full. If you are so short staffed, close some of your stalls, use just the drive thru figure it out to where you can serve in a timely manner. Less customer that are happy is better than more customers that are upset

  Stopped here to get breakfast and it was quick and made to order. Car hop was nice as well, everything you need for a quality Sonic experience.

  Typical Sonic in a good area near Lake Eufaula. Usually busy around the holidays but still seem to get things right. Today was just a drink stop on the way out of town. Other times it’s been dinner.

  went to order two of the new Trop Burger meals with iced tea. The employee told us the speaker was broken and kept asking us to speak louder, to the point where we were practically yelling. We eventually switched lanes and placed the order again, but they still couldn’t get it right. The employee repeatedly said, “Give me a moment,” and then wouldn’t respond for several minutes. When I asked if she was still there and told her the order was incorrect, she said, “Oops, I accidentally changed it,” and tried again. When she asked if the order was correct, I told her it still wasn’t. She apologized, saying, “Oops, I’m sorry,” but then went silent for another five minutes. After waiting, she started taking the next customer’s order and never came back to finish ours. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Also if the speaker is broken please put and out of order sign.
