  20 people working but yet was waiting 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Chicken sandwich had no sauce and not fully cooked

  They are so rude they never want to except that they serve junk food and this is not the 1st time .. my daughter and her fiancé got an order and it had onion rings and the onion rings were burnt. Disgusting. I don’t know. How can they serve something like this? The soda pop had no taste. They had to throw it away. I decided to call and put the complaint about the order and also there was missing strips in the meal. I called and asked if that I was talking to the manager and he said. Yes, I am the manager. I told him about the situation and he would interrupt me and not let me explain myself about the bad order that they have given to my daughter and he repeatedly said well. Just bring the order like cutting me off on the phone so disrespectful we don’t ask nothing for free and expensive and to serve bad food. It’s not right I wish I could put a complaint to headquarters, but I didn’t get the name from this man. And it’s not the first time like I said last time I went through drive-through with my husband, and I specifically said no mustard on my burger. That was the first thing a big blob of mustard. It tasted horrible. I wanted to throw up and they get angry because a customer complains of their order might as well well just serve me whatever you have but it’s not like that. We are customers and we pay for our food and we we’re expecting good service, good attitude and good food for the high price. I hope this gets looked at so they can do something about it. Change the whole person because all the people that works there are useless. Don’t go to Whataburger here in Enid Oklahoma. Very bad service bad attitude and full quality is the poorest.

  Great place to eat. Gets busy sometimes but if you want to be the only one there go during their breakfast hours. Barely anyone goes during breakfast.

  I didnt like my hamburger. Tastes so plain and I tried it twice. They're barely any condiments on it. I dont even know why people are raving about it.
