  The Sonic crew on Willow street in Enid, Oklahoma are amazing. They are always happy to help their customer w a smile on their faces. Also, their customer service so far is just top notch. Thank you to our Sonic crew on Willow. You impact your customers allowing them to leave a little happier than when they came. God bless all of the crew!

  I went to this location to pick me something up to eat to take home. When I ordered, I ordered a chili cheese dog with extra onions, french fries, and a medium drink. When I got home, the chili dog had no onions on it and the french fries were cold like they had been sitting on the shelf for a long time. I couldn’t even eat them. They were hard and disgusting. I paid eight dollars and some change for it which is not a lot for what I ordered, but that’s not the point when the girl took my order she repeated my order and she repeated that I had extra onions and I also stated that I did not want cold fries. I don’t know if they just did it to be rude to me because I asked for such things or if they are just don’t care about their job I’m probably not gonna go back to this location because this is not the first time that I have ordered something from here and ended up with cold food and order not correct corporate. If you read this, I would suggest that you take a look at your staff on the weekends and at night that is when I have the most problems at this location.

  Atrocious wait times. Mobile order for drinks takes over 20 minutes.

  Pulled in to pick up a DoorDash order and sat at two different stalls and waited over 20 minutes to never hear any answer, but i did see someone come and peek through the window and look at me, I then pull through the drive-through and get no response and pull all the way up to the window before calling the store, whoever answered my call then walked into the main area that I could see from the window, picked up the phone and then told me they closed early, after 30 minutes of waiting I finally get an answer about what’s going on. Maybe if you’re closing early you should be prepared to let people know when they pull in?

  Worst sonic ive ever been to. 2 drinks and a snack shouldn't take over 40 minutes. If I didnt already pay i would drive away. EDIT- Ended up sitting for over an hour called the store like 10 times and finally got an answer told them to refund me so i can drive off. Said they would.. Well still haven't been refunded.
