That's flying the American Flag all tethered and torn up and they show no respect to it by not retiring it. It's awful and apparently they the manager dont care either. Was told when called them about it they had to speak with the general manager. They don't respect the people that fight and protect them along the ones that have died to give them their freedoms. So we're just gonna let the flag be tethered and torn up be flown, such Disrespect to our nation and troops. Yes I'm a PROUD VETERAN

Had to go inside for it (even though we checked into a curbside spot) and it had been sitting there for 10mins, ready. Then they questioned us when we asked if they could remake the fries since our order sat ready for 10mins, we didn't even ask for it to be completely remade; which we should have. Drive thru emptied and only a few cars in the lot. No excuse for it to just sit there, especially if its curbside. Why did it sit and not get taken out when it was ready? Absolutely furious that I now get to eat cold food or toss it and go somewhere else
