- TTtakemeback70sMay 11, 20261.0Quit going to Arby's because of rude drive thru service. Tried one more time and it happened again. Lady took my order, she was fine, but a male co-worker said to her" Why don't you ask her if she wants to see the old people menu?" I heard it, can't believe he thought he was so funny. Arby's needs to be more selective in finding courteous employees.
