  Today I went to Arby's today around 11am get a large chocolate shake and i just wanna know who made it it was good but I love to have more whipped cream next time if possible who was the person should be awesome

  My order was taken out. Received my order complete and accurate. Manager was close by so he could honor their military discount and apply my tax exemption with no delays.

  Horrible experience!! Ordered through the app and 10 minutes later we went inside to pick it as the drive through was backed up. The man taking orders said it was being assembled. Well 13 minutes later it was finally ready and insanely wrong. After getting it mostly straightened out I complained to the shift supervisor (Malcom I think was his name) and said said he “wasn’t supposed to be here anyway” and walked away. All in all it took right at 30 minutes to get our order that we placed through the app.

  Quit going to Arby's because of rude drive thru service. Tried one more time and it happened again. Lady took my order, she was fine, but a male co-worker said to her" Why don't you ask her if she wants to see the old people menu?" I heard it, can't believe he thought he was so funny. Arby's needs to be more selective in finding courteous employees.
