  I am new to the area, running late at home so swing thru for some coffee. Ordered 2 coffees and 1 tater tots. He sounded panicked, said okay we will have to make the coffee fresh. It is 751 in the morning, you don't have fresh coffee? Okay pull up to window. I see a bunch of confusion, behind me they bring a bag to a lady. Then they come back and then hand it to me thru the window, the tater tots, they gave to her then me. Then someone comes to the window and hands me French toast, I said nope didn't order that. The see them run it out to car behind me. I had asked for coffee with cream and sweetener on side. He hands me one coffee then says he'll get a carrier, hands it to me with th either coffee and a cup full of cream ?? I asked for sweetener, he acted like I asked for gold, then hands me several pink sweeteners. I now have this unsteady carrier, milk and coffee spilling. Took 11 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. Taste - disgusting. I cannot understand how coffee sent them into a tailspin and I wasted 10 bucks and 11 minutes on awful coffee and complete chaos. No receipt given. And I saw about 3 cars get off the line and leave during this debacle.

  As the biggest sonic lover. The past few times I've been to sonic have been a horrible experience. I mainly go to get a 44oz Sweet Tea extra ice. I'm pregnant and it's my biggest cravings. The last two times I've been there has been literal thick plastic shards (not from the lid) at the bottom of my drink that I have accidentally sucked up in the straw. And not only was there plastic but there was also little black specks throughout all of the ice. Super disappointing as this is usually my favorite thing to get from you guys.. might want to give your ice machines a good cleaning so it doesn’t happen again.

  We ordered a water in the drive through JUST ONE and there is 2 cars in front of us and it’s been 25 minutes and we haven’t moved a inch this is unbelievable.

  I know people over exaggerate times but 30 minutes for a raspberry water that was a mobile order is absolutely unacceptable
