- SPstacy pinneyMay 9, 20263.0If your looking for a fun drive in to stop to eat on route 66 im sure there are others more worthy of a stop. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Food was not impressive. Spent $34 on a BLT, a cheeseburger, onion rings and 2 drinks. The blt was almost $10 by its self. The onion rings were $7 and seemed more like a side to a sandwich vs. an appetizer size. The burger needed more seasoning and the cheese wasn't even melted on it. Cute building, almost 70 years of being in business. 2 other customers on a Saturday night were in the dinner.

If they were actually caramelized sweet onions it would be very good. Staff was friendly and helpful; restaurant is clean and Rt. 66 themed.

Service was very friendly, but they got my burger wrong at first and we had to send it back. They also forgot about our milkshakes and we had to remind them, and then they were out of their banana flavor. And they didn't give us any napkins at all. But they were still very kind even with the issues, which is what kept this at four stars. I'm not sure if we'll ever go back, but it's decent overall, just check your order when you get it. It is a little pricey.
