  So normally Arbys is not my go to fast food but i had to give them another shot. This location the workers are great, the food was done within 5 minutes and it was fresh. The crispy chicken sandwich is 2nd on my all time favorite list for fast food, it was a very fresh tasting, crispy and basic. The chocolate shake was also good, it tastes like something you make at home with no extra crap. I highly recommend this arbys location if your in el reno or traveling route 66.

  So I just came there and I should’ve just drove off but against my better judgment I went ahead and ordered when I pulled in all of the employees were outside and they look annoyed that’s a customer was coming through the drive-through. I placed an order for my food and I swear I headed him say she came around there fast or something then they asked me to pull up for chicken strips it took about 8 mins and someone brings me my food with a big snarky smile on their face it didn’t sit right with me at all. I won’t be back. and I’m about to trash this! Two stars only saw this review can’t be deleted

  This is honestly sad to say but the food was good I just hated the way it was treated. The employees were wearing no gloves the guy that was making my burgers had no gloves and keep touching surfaces as he was touching my burger. The lady in charge of the fries was very rude and had 0 customer service. Don’t waste ur time coming here if u want ur food to have germs 🤮

  ALL I CAN IS WHEN ARBY'S SAYES THAY GOT THE MEAT THAY REALY GOT THE MEAT . MADE MY ORDER AN "WOW" DID I GET AN ORDER , YES IT NOT FILL THE BILL IN ALL WAYS IT PASSED WITH FLYING COLERS , HOT WELL PUT TOGATHER , AN A LOT OF FRYS , LOTS OF MEAT. "THANKS ARB'S"

  The man working the drive up windows 7/16 at 9:13pm is the most dramatic, rude person I've ever dealt with at a drive up. Takes my order and asks me to pull up. No one behind or in the restaurant for that matter. I'm situating some things in my car at the window since the person before me is already up there waiting and blocking the door. I apparently I was moving too slow for him (healing from a hip surgery), he comes back to the window says "I realize no one is behind you, but we're making fresh fries and I need you to get behind that car". I said "I'm just situating some things in my car while I wait for the car in front of me".... He interrupted that said "There's no reason for you to get an attitude with me" as he laid a hand on his chest like he was offended by my justifying my slowness. It was dramatic and uncalled for. So much so that I don't trust was he brought me. I'm down the street buying Whataburger instead.
