Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Why would anyone spend the money to build a brand new building only to serve disgusting food? The diet coke was old and flat. We asked for it to be replaced and they said they were out. Wait, what? Out? You just served me one from the fountain in the dining room. The Jr Cheeseburger was old and dry. Why? This placed just opened, how can it possibly be this bad? Astonishing.

I’ve come to this place and everytime there’s something wrong with the order. 1st time the missed my drink and a side, second time the got my entire order, but it was the wrong one. And this time they missed an entire burger. If you come to this restaurant check it it before leaving and don’t order on DoorDash.

How is it over $100 for a family to eat here? It’s not like it is wagyu burgers. The first person on the speaker didn’t know what he was doing and had to be replaced. Took forever to get the food. 5 milkshakes, 4 meals, and two burgers over $100?! Plus all of the chicken is cheap crap that has no flavor and I would expect in a cafeteria of a hospital. The milkshakes also randomly came in different sizes and were only ok. The spicy chicken sandwich all by itself is 6.99. Plus the receipt shows them overcharging for fries we didn’t order and milkshakes that were apart of meals. I’d rather go to a sit down restaurant and not have fast food that costs so much. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially with braums and McDonald’s right next to it. It would have been half the price.

If you want Whataburger in or near Edmond go to this one! I went with my wife and dog last night 1243 am. Receipt says Wendy but the guy i spoke with Jayden! He was amazing! He is my reason for completing the survey and leaving this review. His customer service is beyond amazing. Hes super friendly and has a great sense of humor. This was my first visit to this location and now I will only go to this location. You've stolen the title of best Whataburger in Edmond stealing the title from the i35 frontage location. Service was fast with a smile and food was perfect!
