  Wanted to try this place. Went around 6pm in Saturday night and it was a ghost town. A huge self serve register is smack dab in the entry way. I walked around it to see if we could order at the counter, and not a soul in sight. I heard someone in the back kitchen. We attempted to use the self serve but it just didn't work out. Not sure how they have amazing reviews for atmosphere and service as it was sterile, uninviting and just not a place I'd want to eat in Edit: in response to owner response, this was yesterday 5/16/2026, I am definitely not mistaken on the time or day. There was 1 elderly couple in the dining room. Stark difference from a very busy atmosphere. We were a family of 4, not one of us were created or saw an employee. I did see the dry station, and all of them appeared off, not making any fries, so not sure about a busy take out rush. We might try our luck in the future, maybe lunch actually has people

  Tried Wayback while visiting Oklahoma and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend. The worker Raul was very welcoming and helpful and made the experience way better!

  First time trying this place and is was amazing!! The food was delicious 10/10 and the service was great. The cashier Raul was SUPER helpful and very attentive. Overall the experience was amazing and I would go again.

  Shout out to Wayback Burgers. We brought a bus of high school students on our way through town, and they worked quickly to get our whole group fed with fresh to order food, even bringing out some extra fries at the end to ensure all our kids had their fill! The owner, Raul, and manager, Braden, were great to work with to accommodate us!

  My first time here was Easter Sunday 2026. I was unsure because there were no cars in the parking lot but took the chance and these burgers are unforgettable. Burgers are juicy, bread is soft, and shakes are the best all reasonable prices. I had to double back and I drove 58 minutes for a burger. I will be back! There was different staff today but both times they were friendly and helpful. Well picked staff. Sorry no picks didn’t have time. But trust me the food is worth it. Take care!!
