  Every time I come to this location, I either get stuck in the drive-through line for 20+ minutes, or I go to a stall and press the red button and get no answer. This location’s efficiency needs to be seriously looked into. I suggest the so-called owner that replies to all the comments do an undercover boss type thing and actually drive-through his/her location. See what kind of customer service experience we all go through. I will not be coming back here

  As I am one of the top 10% of all restaurants food and service Oklahoma Google guides reviewer's I have to take a moment and give credit where credit is due and definitely earned. I definitely give credit and customer support and satisfaction to the shift manager or leader named Alex who works at this location what seems like non-stop. And so far everyone else should be learning from his example when it comes to food service and meeting every customers needs or concerns when visiting his restaurant. Very professional, and his work ethics are unmatched as his work stations and coworkers and environment show by how well organized and clean they all work diligently together to focus on customer satisfaction.

  Do not eat at this restaurant after 9 PM. The food was cold, stale, and the corn dogs we ordered tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. Hope we don’t get sick. We ordered our food, but they cooked none of it. It was all leftovers from earlier in the day. Horrible! What a waste of $$.

  $7.00 meal special at this Sonic was horrible! Chicken nuggets were hard and cold… french fries were soaked in grease and cold… and the hamburger was overcooked and tomatoes were not ripe! The only good thing about this meal was the drink! And…. They ask you if you want any drink or any sides without telling you they’re up charging you!
