  The employees here are friendly and seem to be working quickly, but it seems like they are way understaffed. It is always busy here and they need more employees. I wait here longer than I do at any other Sonic location in Edmond/north OKC.

  This has got to be the slowest sonic I have ever been to. It should not take 10 + minutes for literally one order of chicken strips

  Sooo slow. I have ordered on the app multiple times and always wait at least 10-15 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes, past the time they quote on the app. It’s unacceptable. Food is consistent with other sonic locations.

  THE RUDEST Drive-thru person I have ever encountered...ANYWHERE! I use to spend about $100.00 per week at this location, NOT ANYMORE!!!This location is right on my way home so, I am here several times per week. NOT ANYMORE!!! Today, I pulled in to get a drink. This location is very difficult to navigate due to a very small parking lot. I had an empty cup to throw away so, I pulled up and discarded the cup in the garbage can in the front as you pull in. By doing this, there is no way to pull up to the order screen as, it is separated within a dedicated concrete lane. The only way to get to the sign is to completely pull out of the business onto the very busy street out front and eventually navigate your way back into the business. So, with there being absolutely no one in the parking lot and no one at the window, I was able to pull directly to the window. I could see three employees standing up front talking and turn to look at me. With a shake of her head, a plus sized female with black air opened the window and as I was starting to apologize and try and explain my drive-thru dilemma, she rudely cut me off and barked her command at me..."NEXT TIME...YOU NEED TO GO TO THE SPEAKER SO WE KNOW YOU ARE HERE!!!..." scowling at me.... Didn't say hi... How are you... Can I help you... Didn't care one little bit... She was more worried about spitting out her command and showing her disgust with my infraction. Well, excuse me... I didn't realize business is so good at this location that employees can just run off long time customers... I can assure you, I will not come back to this location and neither will everyone in Edmond that knows how customers are treated here... Who else has she chased away??? Unbelievable...

  This was one of the best sonic burgers I’ve had, the wait was a little long however the person that took my order was very polite and got the order correct and the person at the window was very patient and kind. Thank you.
