  Almost every time we come to this Sonic I regret it. Drinks with barely any ice, shakes that are like milk. I’ve reached out directly because I don’t like to write reviews unless they’re good ones. But today I finally decided to write one after I paid $2.79 for a small cheese tots and got only 10 tots and they couldn’t even manage to get cheese on all of them. Also tried one of the refreshers and it was one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. Sonic used to be so much better.

  Save yourself some time, and just go to a different location or a different restaurant altogether. The wait here is almost always excessive. Today I ordered on the app at 5:12 and order was supposed to be ready at 5:17. Checked in and the screen said order on its way at 5:20. Hadn’t arrived by 5:25 so I hit the red button and was told ‘we have a lot of orders right now’. Ended up having to leave with a grumpy 4 year old who didn’t get her snack before gymnastics AND we were late for gymnastics. I won’t be coming back. Also, seems like half the stalls don’t even work and they only have like 6 stalls to upkeep. Seems a bit ridiculous to me.

  EVERYTIME I order here, my order is wrong. I ordered a breakfast sandwhich and a burrito this morning, yet when I finally got to look in the bag an hour later, there were 2 burritos. I hate getting these because the sausage is always at one end and egg at the other...they are never uniform. I was looking forward to the sandwhich specifically. Thus, the trash/rats will have a full burrito to eat due to this Sonic ALWAYS getting my order wrong. Do better

  Went to this location last night 30 minutes before close with a pickup order and when I got there the guy who answered the speaker was rude saying at first he didn't have the order and his grill was shut down then when I asked about how to get my money back he suddenly had the order and was able to cancel it to give me a refund. This is the second time I've been here and they were shut down early. If your hours say 12 you should be at operating capacity until 12 not shutting down early. Customer service was terrible.

  Truth was our order taker & our server. He is very courteous & very respectful. Super kind & super sweet. The food was made fresh to order just as we asked. We have no photos bcuz the food was too damn good! 😂
