  We got two different prices and I dont like plus the order was wrong and slow and all we had were drinks.

  Ordered ahead on the app today. Arrived and there were no stalls available to park at. I circle a few times looking, then go to the drive through because I wasn’t sure what else to do. Someone comes over the intercom to say that the drive through isn’t open. I respond trying to ask if I can park in a non-stall or ask what else I should do about my order-ahead since there are 0 stalls. No answer. Then a worker comes out the side door by the drive through muttering “Jesus Christ” to herself and puts a rolling sign to block anyone else trying to use the drive through. Completely ignores me as she places it right behind my car. I look over, there are still zero stalls available to park in. So I just left without my order (which I had already paid for). Take all that for what you will. My recommendation would be to just find a different sonic.

  We ordered 4 drinks and a pretzel twist at 4:00 pm. When ordering, I was told cash only (no problem, I had a $100 bill). About 20 minutes later, our drinks arrived. I tried to pay and was told they do not have enough cash to give me change. This cash only location doesn't have $83? There were 7 other cars there at the time, so I found this hard to believe. The manager told me to walk to Walgreens or leave. Terrible service! Twenty minutes for a few drinks?! Unacceptable! Lying about not having $83 cash?! Final straw. We left. I will not return to this location. We went down the road to another sonic. Our drinks were ready within 5 minutes, and I was given change for my $100 bill payment. Disappointed in the Sonic at Boulevard and 33rd. Even more disappointed in the terrible customer service following a long wait.

  Is Sonic going down hill or what? Ordered two footlong coneys and two medium orange cream slushes. THE PLACE WAS NOT BUSY. Waited a good 10 minutes and no food. I summoned the Sonic Gods by pushing the red button to inquire about my deliquent order. They had to look for it and found it sitting in the driveway window. They retrieved the order and brought it to our stall, stall #14. The cream slush was running down the side of the foam cup but yet the carhop insisted I take it she handed me a handful of paper napkins. WRONG. As I handed her back the cup...the lid popped off... and the cup spewed a sticky mess all over my hands. NOT COOL. I asked her to remake them and she sped off. Shortly later our new slushies arrived. The conies were not very tasty...bland actually. The chilli on the coney had a slight burnt taste. The curbside appearance was unkept. It told me I should reconsider this place. I wish I would have listened. Not recommended.
