  I was at sonic today and waited a total of 30 minutes and received nothing the service was very poor today and was unprofessional and needs better service it is unacceptable to leave customers for that long and needs fixed

  Came here for 1 food item, 1 shake, and I drink and it took 15 minutes. This place has always been slow. Food is always good

  In all the years I have been to this establishment I have never left with good food, or a quick experience. It's impressive at how bad this sonic is at getting food out. 10 minutes for a drink with no one else in the parking lot is horrendous.

  We have been sitting here for a little over 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Not even any special drink. Just basic drinks. There is one girl working and she comes out to deliver an order every maybe 10-15 mins. This is ridiculous 😒. I hate sonic and will likely just stop coming the service and " speed of molasses " is terrible at almost all the edmond locations.... but this one specifically is always bad. I haven't been in several months, and now I remember why... Do Better! Just to follow up: we called and got an excuse. And after 45 minutes of waiting we finally got two drinks.... we would have just left but we paid already and thats even more of a hassle because you have to call corporate to get a refund.
