  The food is good, and usually I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and their services but today was quite different. I understand starting at a new position is challenging, but being on the microphone screaming on "the hell is a sonic cheese burger" and saying things on the mic about the customer (thinking she was muted) is not very professional. Not to mention making the customer repeat the same order multiple times just to come back say oh what's that again being all snarky as if they are doing it for fun... just really rubbed me the wrong way. The guy who came out to give us the food even apologized for the new hire cause he was listening to the conversation and felt bad about the whole exchange. Overall, quite the unpleasant experience.

  I was at sonic today and waited a total of 30 minutes and received nothing the service was very poor today and was unprofessional and needs better service it is unacceptable to leave customers for that long and needs fixed

  Came here for 1 food item, 1 shake, and I drink and it took 15 minutes. This place has always been slow. Food is always good
