  This store was the worst of the worst. My order was taken with attitude and thean I was given a drink that was wrong and the window lady probably Rebecca challenged us on it but finally took it back thean the manager even admitted it was hooked up wrong thean came back and I was like thank you but ur window lady was rude and the manager said verbatim"you had the same energy" thean slammed the window on me. From start to finish we wear vary disrespected even though in every way all the issues was only from the store. How is asking for a problem fix a ticket to be aggressive to customers. I never go to this sonic though I pass it every day so this has maid sure I never stop again. Pleas help them not be mean to customers for absolutely no reason.

  I received a completely different item from what I ordered. When I contacted them about the issue, they refused to give me a refund or provide the item I actually ordered. I also spoke with the manager, and unfortunately, she was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. I’m very disappointed with both the service and the way this situation was handled. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  I love their drinks, but service at this store was horrendous. My order, one drink, took over 20 minutes.

  Took long enough for someone to get in the speaker with us that it timed out three times. We changed stalls and were just about to leave when someone finally spoke on the speaker. Ordered one peanut butter milkshake with fudge sauce. Milkshake arrived with zero fudge sauce. Apparently, the peanut butter is NOT nice creamy PB because I kept finding medium-sized (relative, I know 🤦🏼‍♀️) PB chunks that were powdery and gross. What a complete waste of time and money. Do not go to this Sonic.
