  Takes a lot for me to give a bad review but this is the absolute more horribly ran business I have had the displeasure of dealing with in 40 years on being alive. Unfortunately it's the closet to my house so after the 1sr, 2nd and 3rd HORRIBLE experiences I should have learned but here we are. The manager who is on duty at 8pm on 7/26 is a horribly trained person, should not manage ANYTHING which is apparent by this sonic having the worst reviews of any local sonic. I will go out of my way to may sure everyone in Sonic knows how horribly this person manages the store.

  Ive lived near here for two decades and every time i go to this location i wait in line for 30 mins and receive burned or cold or missing food. Go to other locations instead.

  Some of the other staff was rude in Edmond. But the lady who served me was very kind and professional.
