  I don't know why but Every time when I go to this place they are always having trouble with the communication devices. That's why they never serve you what you ask

  It’s always amazing to me how businesses push the usage of their mobile app, but when it comes time to making the order as placed, the workers just can’t seem to figure it out. Practically every single time that we place an order for just a plain hamburger with no sauce, no cheese, no vegetables it always comes out made regular and we have to return to get them to make it right. It’s not hard. It’s just a lack of attention to detail. I get it that Sonic employees a lot of young people, but it seems like there’s a fundamental lack of training and accountability at this particular location where the problem just continues every single time. It’s so significant that we opt to drive 2 to 3 miles away to go to another sonic where they actually make the order as requested. Would not recommend this location.

  Food quality has really gone down from where it was in the 1990's. Service is terrible and obvious they don't care . Order bacon smash burger and it had less.than a half of a piece of bacon on it that was burnt beyond recognition. So sad
