- SWSara WJun 6, 20261.0We ordered two large pizzas and a two liter. The delivery time was 30-45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes our food was not delivered. I called the store and spoke with the manager and asked why it was taking so long. He said they were short staffed and it might be another 10 minutes, but said he actually didn't know when it would be delivered. I told him I didn't want cold pizza and asked for a refund and he hung up on me. I reported him to the corporate office and still haven't heard anything from Papa John's on how this was resolved. I did get a refund, however Papa John's obviously thinks it's perfectly normal to hang up on customers when they ask where their food is that they paid for. I will never again give my money to Papa John's. I've been a long time customer and sometimes order multiple times a month. No more!
