  The service here is usually bad. There are never very many people working and those that are don't do much. Its dirty and bare. The bathroom is outdated and hand dryers are so dated that they don't actually dry anything. The play space is pretty decent and always air-conditioned so 3 stars overall but if you don't have kids then don't bother.

  Today the drive thru was on point! From the guy that took my order, the girl at the pay window and the girl at the pick up window. All were so polite and courteous. And they were slammed in the drive thru. But, still had good attitudes and food was hot.

  This is the slowest McDonald’s on the planet. And never matters how busy they are. Someone is always holding it up. Whether it’s the person taking your order, the person taking payments. It just feels like they’re too many kinks in this operation. Good grief get it figured out.

  They did not communicate at all kept walking away from the window then didn’t give a receipt then left food off of our order and where rude to us the whole time when we went right back around to get our missing food they ignored us at the first window then the second window person was rude right back to us not ever going back there.

  Every time I have ordered from the drive through I'm told to pull up to one of the waiting space it takes longer than it should to get my food when I watch other vehicles pull up and pull off. And then the one who brings out the food always walks extremely slow just to give me my food. Then if you eat inside it's always swamped with kids who will literally try and push you aside as you try to get your food. And if your here for lunch don't expect to use there restroom to even wash your hands. Because all the high schools kids crowed up in there to hang out and vap. And do what ever else.
