  Came here for a decent lunch and it was not good. Food had too much cheese and then too much lettus and then i asked for napkins and they handed me napkins from behind the counter with lettus on it. This was a very unplesent experience all the way around.

  I came back about 10 minutes before close and everyone greeted me. Rose and Cody were the most helpful. This location is so close to me and i love the staff Christin was wonderful and i love me some jimmy johns

  As far as a straight forward sandwich goes, they're pretty good at this store. But here's the issue, and similar issues have happened 3 or 4 times over the last couple of years, causing us to choose different shops. This evening, order the following: Turkey Tom Unwich as it comes and added oregano, provolone and cucumbers, actually Xtra cucumbers. Received the sandwich on bread with no cucumbers. Disappointing when it happens once, but frustrating that it's happened with different orders over the last couple years. Hope they get it together, because their product otherwise is good.

  Omg... I just had the best sandwich I've ever had. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person who made it. He was sooooo nice, and I asked for extra hot peppers and horseradish mayo, and he delivered when I've had jimmy John's many times in the past and they think that extra hot peppers means maybe 1-2 more peppers. Wow! Finally some customer service. Props to the person who made my sandwich and this location for hiring great employees. I hope you take care of them, and I'll take care of you as a franchise. If I go in and see this person there, im ordering. If he's not there, im leaving. 😊🙃
