  The customer service at this store is excellent. The business is obviously managed very well. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. It’s apparent they are trained to strive to provide each customer with a positive experience. The store is always clean, amply staffed, and well stocked, and the drinks are of high quality and reasonably priced. I have never had a bad experience at an HTeaO store, but the Deer Creek location stands alone in the way its employees treat customers in such a kind, affable, and welcoming way.

  Best pick me up with the best service in town! They even gave my fur baby a pup cup today 🙌🏼 I regularly started going a few weeks ago and I’ll remain a frequent flyer now.

  HTeaO is a chain of flavored ice tea and ice tea adjacent drinks. They started in Texas and have expanded outward. I have only been to standalone units, but when you enter there is about 25 - 30 ice tea flavors that you can mix or match to create your desired drink. They range from basic ice tea flavors to lemonade, cherry, peach, and the list goes on and on. This location had a couple of tables of items for sale, which frankly I thought clogged the flow of people accessing the main item - ice teas. They provide a free fruit bar with cherries, limes, and lemons to finish off your drink. They provide crushed ice, which I believe is preferable. Frankly, we are big fans. Pro Tip - visit midday to hit happy hour where drinks are BOGO.
