The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the portions were huge. The staff was friendly, fast, and kept the restaurant clean even during a busy rush. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service. Five stars all the way — I’ll definitely be coming back!
- CPCaymber PMay 11, 20261.0Awful service. The two men serving me literally threw a tantrum as they were taking/making my burger. I paid with a gift card that had $10. My burger was $8. They said that the gift card had $0 on it after we paid. They robbed me of $2. Never coming back.

I will never; ever tip them again in person or online. I’ve tried calling. I would really like management to reach out, i don’t want anything free, but you need to know the kind of people you have working for you.

I really dont understand the hype over five guys but the prices will definitely keep me from coming back. I get everything is going up in prices but paying 15$ for one hamburger is highway robbery lol. But take what I say with a grain of salt..because some of yall will have no problem paying and thats ok but definitely not my cup of tea. Lower the prices and id definitely be back.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
