  During the day i get a scoop and a half of chicken with falafel, but tonight they only gave me one tiny scoop. They didnt have pita crisps which i understand. However they were out of sauce and were able to grab more sauce. So, why not just grab more pits crisps? This location has been 50/50 but i do enjoy the food. Just wish it was consistent

  Angeles is wonderful and excellent with customer service! This afternoon I placed an online order for me to pick up after work. I’m an avid CAVA goer as I am a pescatarian and it is hard to find places an Oklahoma that are accommodating. I was SUPER excited because they finally had salmon on their menu!! Once I got to the store I found that my order was incorrect and many of the things I got on my bowl (that I paid extra for) weren’t on my bowl. I was missing the lentils I got as an extra grain and my salmon!! I figured they may have run out of salmon, which is no big deal but they replaced it with chicken without notifying me. I didn’t mark down that there was an allergy, but I assumed they would call me to tell me they were out of something or even a note in the bag. I’m normally not a person to complain at all, but I do have a lot of allergies and I wouldn’t have been able to eat my food. I went back in and spoke to Angeles, who I think is the manager? If not, she definitely needs to be!! I explained to her my situation and she made me a brand new bowl free of charge. I was fine with just Salmon and lentils as a side but she insisted that she remake the bowl for me and apologized multiple times about the order mix up. I don’t normally write reviews but she really helped me today. Thank you!

  I hade a fantastic first time visit to Cava this evening. Friendly staff, an associate by the name Eager (or Eader) guided me through the options and shared his favorites. I love the fresh variety, endless toppings, and delicious flavors. Will definitely be back, he even mentioned great kids meals - cant wait to try with my littles. 10/10
