  please be careful when eating here. you risk severe food poisoning (& an expensive trip to the er, tbh). i would specifically stay away from the chicken, and/or any deli meat from this place, plus other fast food restaurants. at least..until we start having better food safety regulations in general bc of the outbreaks 👀 genuinely scared to eat here/in general now

  I was very disappointed with my experience. When I arrived around 9:00 PM, both the sign light and the menu lights were off, making it look like the restaurant was closed and making it difficult to see the menu. I was then told I had to wait for my food to be cooked, which took over 10 minutes. That wouldn’t have been as frustrating if the customer service had been better, but the drive-thru employee was rude and acted like she was rushing me while I was trying to place my order. To make matters worse, I ordered a roast beef dip sandwich, but it came without the dipping sauce it’s supposed to include. I also asked for horseradish sauce, which I’ve ordered there before, and that wasn’t included either. Between the poor lighting, long wait, rude service, and an incomplete order, this was a very disappointing visit. Management needs to pay more attention to both customer service and order accuracy. Do better.

  I visited this location today around 3:30 p.m. The young lady with the colorful hair and nails was very friendly and provided great customer service. However, I was concerned to see an employee behind the counter flossing his teeth 🤢 and playing with his hair while in the food preparation area. When I mentioned that this was unsanitary, I was told that he was technically off the clock. Regardless of whether he was clocked in or not, he was still behind the counter and around food preparation areas, which I found inappropriate and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
