I’ve been to 7 Brew three times now, and unfortunately, my experience at this location has been disappointing. The first two times, my drinks were not good, and even after they were remade, I still couldn’t drink them.
On my third visit, I asked if I could try my drink before paying, since I had already had two bad experiences. While waiting, I overheard an employee say, “Who does that? That’s so weird.” When I went to get my drink, I asked if she was referring to me, and she said yes, explaining that they had “never had someone do that” and was laughing.
I understand that may not be a typical request, but as a customer, I believe I have the right to be dissatisfied when I’m purchasing something that I don't enjoy—especially after already having two bad experiences. I don’t think it was appropriate for an employee to openly call a customer weird or make them feel uncomfortable for expressing a concern.
I will continue going to the other 7 Brew on 178th & May, where the drinks are consistently good and the staff is much friendlier.
