  Worst grilled chicken sandwich I've ever had. Im a retired culinary professional and I'm going to guess the meat might have been 2 ounces, if that. Pretty much tasteless as well. Do better. I seriously won't ever go to another Smashburger. Not sure what all the hype is.

  These hamburgers are fire! Favorite burger is the truffle mushroom burger. Sadly, there are no more Smashburger locations in KC.

  1st time eating at a Smashburger especially at a humongous casino hotel like Choctaw then, I have to say, I really enjoy the burgers there along with the tater tots as well.Especially, they can make a smashed french fries and tater tots for a little seasoning feeling. The service was alright, even though they are very busy dealing with other customers, at least they know how to get your order right. Good burger.Place while you before you hit the slots or exploring.

  Time stamp: 6/2/2026 around 6pm I ordered my partner a double smash burger with bacon add onions and pickles. I ordered myself a single smash burger. Why did our order come out the same time and his was fresh and tasted delicious and mine was cold and so were the fries. I definitely got someone else’s order. I literally saw them take out a burger and tater tots and add my burger and fries. Tall white bigger Caucasian put our food in a used bag and the mixed black female that handed me my order. I’m a huge Burger fan so this was disappointing.
