Robert was so helpful and nice, went above and beyond with customer service, and really restored my faith in them! Mistakes happen, but him being intentional in fixing the situation is what makes me happy to come back! (The Durant location staff has always been wonderful, but he really raised the bar!)

I went for the $10 Lunch buffet only 30 minutes before it ended, even though it was just me and a few other customers they brought out all fresh pizzas. The sauce was amazing and all the pizzas and pasta were great. All the staff were polite and attentive. The experience was not like a Pizza Hut more like a nicer restaurant. As a small business owner myself, with this being a large franchise, there is very little room for improvement. Highly recommended if you like pizza! Bonus the nostalgic Pizza Hut dining lamps.

I called Pizza Hut to report scam I received my pizza and food Nasty food I have traveled a lot and Durant PizzaHut is the nasty food Also they tried to charge extra I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut
