  **Cheese, please. 🧀** I ordered 1 regular Beef ’n Cheddar, 1 Double Beef ’n Cheddar, a gyro, 3 curly fries, and 3 cups of cheese. Unfortunately, all three cups of cheese were only **half full**. I specifically requested the full 2 oz of cheese, but the manager told me that store policy only allows two pumps of cheese per cup, which leaves the cup about half full. I was told I would need to purchase additional cheese if I wanted the cups filled. Think about that for a moment. If you ordered a 20 oz drink and received only 10 oz, wouldn’t you see a problem? 🤔 One ounce of cheese may not sound like much, but it adds up quickly. Instead of paying $2.25 for three cups, I would have to spend $4.50 to actually receive the amount I requested — nearly the price of another sandwich. I’ve ordered the same 2 oz cheese cups from other Arby’s locations many times and have never had an issue getting the cups filled completely. This manager seemed far more concerned with enforcing a policy than with making a customer happy. Would three additional pumps of cheese really have made a significant difference to the store’s budget? The cashiers actually seemed just as surprised by the manager’s response as I was. One cashier was very polite, apologized to me, and I appreciated her customer service. Another employee also asked the manager about it, and after his response, she apologized and explained that I would have to purchase additional cheese. To me, this wasn't really about three pumps of cheese. It was about **customer service and common sense**. Sometimes making a customer happy over something this small is worth far more than the cost of a few pumps of cheese — especially when that customer leaves feeling like the business cared more about a procedure than the person standing at the counter. **Arby’s: please reconsider how this policy is being handled at this location.** One star is for the MANAGER, not other employees.

  Usually love the food here but today I had gotten some burnt bread smothered in mayo. I didn't notice until I got home and was ready to eat :(
