  I got their new big arch burger for the second time and was disappointed for a second time very messy experience and extremely expensive for what I received I won't be back.

  My order was taken quickly. The entire order was correct. They were moderately busy when I visited, so I was very pleased when my food came out more quickly than expected.

  I ordered this evening (4-13-26) at approx. 5:00 p.m. at the McDonalds in Duncan, Ok. I pulled in the drive thru about 5 minutes later. I gave them my mobile code. They gave me a receipt and when I pulled up to get the order they gave me two of my 3 drinks and asked if I would go to stall #1 and they would bring my food to me. I waited 9 minutes and called the store manager. They hadn't started on my order. In fact, I had to tell them what it was. The person on the phone...not sure if he was a manager or not, told me in a sharp tone that he was trying to get my order fixed. They finally brought it out to me 11 minutes later. If I hadn't called they would not have fixed it when they did. I was very disappointed in this and feel like it needs to be corrected.

  Everytime I come to McDonalds they always pull me even when I do an online order I get pulled up and for what idk because my food is never fresh im sick of it.. I feel like it’s being done on purpose at this point!!
