  Sonic needs to improve things. More times than not when I pull in to a Sonic to park and eat, whether it is in my home state or another state, I have to move because there is an issue with their boards....system down kind of thing. It is also hit and miss on the quality of the food from one Sonic to another. Somedays I regret my choice to stop there to eat.

  I'm sick of what your restaurant accepts as "customer service"! How can you justify paying them? At this point, you could pay me to eat there, and I would still decline. It might be a generational thing, but if my customer service skills were as bad as your employees, I would have starved. I don't care about your feelings, or what you are going through, leave it at home and do your job. It's unacceptable, and if people would start demanding more, you would all be sitting somewhere wishing you hadn't gotten fired. Jayden Carter especially!

  I ordered 15 corndogs got them completely undercooked and doughy so I go back and show them only for them to replace the order with 15 more undercooked corndogs I just gave up and finished cooking them at home. I am getting this food for my pregnant self and children I can already tell you that 2/5 of us are feeling sick!! Do not go here for food
