  For the amount of people to be working it should be no reason why orders are still not getting fill in in right and not even busy…

  You cannot have a good meal without a good experience. Order: a #1 double with a diet coke , guy asked what side we wanted and was told "Ched 'R' Peppers". I waited almost 10 minutes for an order with no acknowledgement that there was going to be a wait. I bag checked before driving off, which I highly recommend you do for every order, you are paying for this food,.received FRENCH FRIES and then argued with clerk about the error and the long wait. Will not return. Let this be a general reminder to check your receipt, check your bag snd your expectations.

  I purposely avoid this Sonic because it is well known that its badly managed and ill staffed . You do not get what YOU ORDERED you get WHAT THEY WANT TO MAKE but every now and then ( months) I give em a chance MAYBE its better now just to go back and be remembered why this is the worst sonic. And I HATE writing reviews I did this because my sister told me to and its well deserved

  Used drive thru. Was waiting at speaker for along time after being told to theyd be with me in a min. Ordered one meal onion rings were burt. Looked like everyone was a bit lost or overwhelmed
