  took 20 mins to get 4 large regular drinks, there was 1 girl running out everyones meals. 1 GIRL, its 90 degrees, and shes actively running. you would think there would be more then 1 person running out food during a rush.. then when asked if they were hiring a man came out and said “no” then why is the drinks taking 20 mins and there is 1 carhop? and to the girl that gave me the drinks, please find better.

  First stall we went to the lady couldn’t hear what was being ordered so she said she would come out and take our order. She never came out. Moved to another stall and had a 10-15 minute wait before anyone took our order. 20 minutes go by we ask for an update on when we would get our drinks and the lady that answers said “oh! I’ll bring them right out” but really that was about 20 minutes later. So that was an hour of my life wasted

  If having exceptionally long waits and wondering if you'll ever get your order is your thing then this is the place for you. I have had some bad experiences at Sonics before but this place might be the winner. Pulled into a stall when there were maybe 3 other cars in the lot. Clicked the button. The person taking the order couldn't hear me, so she said she'd come out and take my order. 20 minutes go by, she never came. I moved spaces, put in the order. "We'll have that right out". 30 minutes go by. I push the button and ask about the drinks. From there it was only another 10 minute wait for my 2 drinks allegedly worth $13 and an hour of my time.

  For the amount of people to be working it should be no reason why orders are still not getting fill in in right and not even busy…
