  The app doesn’t allow you to ask for wings to be cooked extra. So I called and she told me it’s already the bag waiting for the delivery, simply said “I’m sorry I called you guys earlier, can I get them cooked longer” the reply I got was “we can’t do that” I replied “okay sorry is there-“ I was cut off with a reply “well you knew what you ordered” before I could say anything she I’m assuming hung up. I understand it’s late at night but I made it very clear that I was sorry for making a late order before the conversation started.

  I give up. I refuse to continue to waste money on their pizza. Pan crust, horrible. I don't know if it was going bad, under cooked or what. The pizza had a strange taste. Pizza Hut needs to get back to the original recipe. I am tired of throwing out un eaten pizza. Cutting cost is going to eventually cost this franchise their business.

  An employee went to the bathroom and I know wash before leaving the bathroom but he also should wash his hands before handling the food and he did not so that he went directly to touching the food and without gloves

  Been using this store for years. Worst experience today. Web site said food ready. Pulled in line, one car ahead of me. 15 minutes going by, that car finally gets their order. I pull up to window and wait almost 10 minutes for someone to wait on me. Food was cold when i got home and fries were all stuck together. Melt did not come with dipping sause. Very disappointing.

  Ordered online for pick up in the drive through. We were waiting for a very long time to get the food. Not only that, the chicken wings gave me food poisoning. I was sick as a dog the next day. Won't be coming here again.
