  Googled pizza hut current deals, decided what I would order, but then; after decades of being a Pizza Hut fan, found that the nearest "franchise" had no desire to honor nationally advertised specials. I'll never go to Pizza hut again. I hope Hideaway Pizza never changes

  Ordered pizza on mobile app. App tells when order will be ready for pick up. This order was to be done at 6:09pm. I've been sitting since then and it's 6:35pm. You do the math

  The app doesn’t allow you to ask for wings to be cooked extra. So I called and she told me it’s already the bag waiting for the delivery, simply said “I’m sorry I called you guys earlier, can I get them cooked longer” the reply I got was “we can’t do that” I replied “okay sorry is there-“ I was cut off with a reply “well you knew what you ordered” before I could say anything she I’m assuming hung up. I understand it’s late at night but I made it very clear that I was sorry for making a late order before the conversation started.
