- WKWilliam KearnsOct 6, 20261.0The food/pizza was so disgusting that I took only 2 bits and throw the rest away. The crust was hard, flat and tasted old,the sauce tasted burnt and the toppings were not even correct. I'm in town for business and was hoping to get a pizza like back home in Knoxville Tn but the papa John's here was such a great big disappointment. When I was asked by the front desk employee if my dinner was good I told them how horrible my experience was and their response was " yah that papa John's really isn't that great" even the locals here know how bad the food is.
- RRRedOrmSep 6, 20261.0Why do you think their rating is so low. They will serve you food from the bottom of the make line that has been there all day. If you order like they will automatically be insulted. They wouldn't even feed their own children that food from the bottom of their May climb and this is the reason why my wife and I got sick.
- CCChasAug 5, 20261.0I order from this location at least twice a week 08/04/2026 at 11:50pm I order my usual spicy Italian with the chocolate chip cookie. My pizza was hard dry and luke warm. I kept the pizza over night call the next morning and asked to speak with a manager. Who wasn’t available but the crew who was available told me he was speaking to his manager over the phone and he told him to tell me that if it’s that late at night the pizza had to be fresh. I kindly replied there is no way a manager can be over the phone telling me without looking at my food that I’m wrong. The crew member then left me on hold 20mins never returned to the phone. I called back and they hung up in my face.
