  Slowest place ever! Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for a simple #7, no bacon, no tomato. SMH & what’s with the charges??! And to hold onto the tax exempt card only to still include the tax. Do better.

  I called DQ 4 times to order a birthday cake. Starting @ 10:30 AM. No answer . Guess they don't want my business. Basket Robbins, here I come.

  The employees were all remarkably pleasant, very polite and professional. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the lobby had what they needed. The facility was clean and peaceful and the service was fast, I got my order at exactly the time the app said it would be ready.

  The staff here is always so friendly. The food always comes out great & they’re always quick to encourage deals on the app. The only reason for the deduction of a star is because of how long it always takes. Whether they’re super busy or you’re the only car in the parking lot, expect to wait, and to be there at the very least 10 minutes. I got a blizzard a few days ago and I had to literally wait on them to unload the truck.. I waited 15 minutes for ONE BLIZZARD. not sure about that. Still though, Great people, great food, just don’t go if you’re in a hurry.
