  Waited in drive thru over 10+ minutes finally came over speaker asking if I needed assistance placing order. Explained I was patiently waiting to place my order he said oh your window must have been up i have trying to take your order. NOT TRUE that was the first contact with employee got to window and was told they were filling extra large drink order and would be a 20 minute wait. I think NOT went down the road to next Sonic. Do not recommend this location.

  Specially said I needed plenty of ketchup. A handful to be exact. I got home qns got none at all. I now have food I can't eat and wasted money on. And im 8 months pregnant so I had a breakdown. Thanks guys
