Waited 15 minutes, actually I’m typing it as I’m currently waiting still. There are no menus reasonably visible until you are right up at the bottom. Purple card pasta and the other lane didn’t come out very unorganized have. When we finally got to the front the employees were all goofing off. When we got the drinks they did not have the whipped cream and caramel as it is advertised. We were not offering a receipt, however I can show it on my bank statement showing that I did the order. We are finally now leaving after sitting in the line for 24 minutes which only one car that was in front of us. Highly do not recommend anyone ever going here.

To the Seven Brew Corporate Team,
I am writing to formally document a highly disappointing experience at your Coweta, Oklahoma location during the school rush this morning. As first-time customers, my children and I encountered a series of operational failures that resulted in my children being 10 minutes late for school and myself being late for work.
Summary of Events:
• Wait Time & Lane Management: We entered the inside lane behind a single vehicle (a black truck). We remained stationary for 18 minutes while vehicles in the outside lane were served rapidly. The truck in front of us ordered over eight drinks, yet no staff member approached our vehicle to take our order ahead of time or acknowledge the delay.
• Inadequate Signage & Menu: The drive-thru layout is fundamentally flawed. There is no visible menu provided until a customer is already at the ordering point. Furthermore, the "Drive-Through Coffee" signage on the building is printed in a font so small it is illegible until you have already committed to the lane.
• Order Accuracy & Quality: We ordered two medium drinks: a Cinnamon Roll Chiller and a Matcha Chiller (both requested blended with whipped cream and caramel).
• I had to repeat the size ("Medium") three times to the employee.
• Both drinks were served without the requested whipped cream and caramel.
• The consistency was poor; rather than a blended texture, the drinks were a thin, melted liquid consistency.
• Staff Professionalism: While two employees were making drinks, four others were standing around the front area not engaging with the waiting customers. To conclude the interaction, the employee turned the screen to request a tip despite the lengthy delay and poor service.
• Lack of Documentation: I was not provided a receipt for my transaction. I have time-stamped photos of the drinks and the wait time, and the transaction is documented on my credit card statement.
This experience was far below standard. I have already left a one-star review on Google, but I believe corporate intervention is necessary regarding the management and training at this specific branch. I look forward to your response regarding how these service gaps and the layout of this location will be addressed.
