  I’ve been coming here for a long time with a friend because we genuinely love this place, which is exactly why this is so disappointing. On our last visit, I found a bug in my ice cream. Not near it. Not on the counter. In it. That’s not a minor slip-up—it’s a serious hygiene failure. It completely ruined the experience and honestly made me question how something like that could even happen in a place we’ve trusted and recommended to others. What makes this sting more is that this isn’t just some random shop to us. We come here often. We like it. We expect better. Finding something like that instantly wipes out all the goodwill built up over time. I want to believe this was a one-time issue, but it’s hard to ignore something this bad. No customer should have to worry about what might be lurking in their food, especially at a place they’ve supported regularly. Fix this, because right now, it’s hard to justify coming back.

  Recent storms may have messed with the order boards. One never got answered. Pulled around to the other side and was able to order. But, it didn't come up with the option to use my card at the board.

  Every time I’ve gone they’ve mixed up my burgers and given me wrong items or js not giving them at all.
