  If there was an award for worst McDonalds ever this location would win. The slowest service and you cannot get anyone to help you. You can hear them cursing in the kitchen while waiting on food. The get the food incorrect and seem like they are bothered they have to help anyone. The restaurant is filthy dirty. The bathrooms are so nasty. Do not bring babies here to play, or eat. It is not kid friendly and not clean.

  In my opinion, the staff should practice better hygiene. I received my order at the drive-thru, and the person who handed it to me had dirty hands and dirty fingernails. It completely put me off drinking my soda. There really needs to be more emphasis on hygiene.

  The whole time we were in the drive through we could smell cigarettes from the employees on their smoke break. When we got home our food was all cold. We only live 5 minutes away. The burgers were dry and stale, the fries were cold and hard, and the chicken was even cold. We specifically chose this location knowing it’s usually better than the one on 76th but they really disappointed us today. The only thing I can say is that the staff who served us were polite

  The absolute slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally got my food it was cold. Just horrible every time!!!

  This was about a month ago and it still upsets me. I came to this McDonald’s with my bf just wanting to get a caramel frappé, a fry, and a soda. We got to the window and I ordered my frappe. I had never gotten one so I just pronounced it as a “frap” rather than a “frappé” cause I didn’t know how to say it lol. Anyways, the lady taking my order kept saying “what?”when j was ordering that drink and I kept repeating myself. She eventually yelled “A FRAPPÉ??” and I just said yes. I guess she couldn’t use her common sense to figure out that I’m clearly ordering a caramel frappé. Anyways, we get to the window and she pretty much just didn’t say anything until the end. She handed us everything, was pretty aggressive, and quickly said “have a great day” before slamming the window shut. Everything tasted good but the customer service was not it lol.
