  I've always occasionally enjoyed an good Ole roast beef sandwich. My only compliment is they need more desert choices because the 2 or 3 things they do offer suck and are way overpriced for the small quantity you get.

  Ordered online and went to pick it up. Asked to make sure the sauces I ordered were in there and the guy at the window said “they should be in there”. There was no sauce. Also no cheddar like ordered. Missing too many things from the order for the decent dinner experience I was hoping for.

  Came in to get the new BBQ sandwich combo, I asked for a small drink and Mac & Cheese for my side. I asked for double meat on the sandwich. When I got the food, they gave me curly fries (Which I dont even like) instead of the Mac. When I asked about it, they told me it was my fault it was wrong and made me purchase the side of it, so I did because I didnt feel like arguing with them over 5 bucks. Then I unwrapped my sandwich and saw that they had put the additional meat on the ticket, but gave me normal portion of it. After being told it was my fault the order was wrong, I figured they would make an excuse to say this was also my fault. I wouldn't be this upset, but the meal (mine and my wifes) cost like $30, and for that amount I at least expect to bet what I ordered. And to top the experience off, my wife's potato cakes were cold and old. I probably won't come to this location again, and I recommend nobody else goes to this one either. The Arby's behind QT in Owasso to this day has never disappointed me.
