  I went in to pick up my mobile order, decided I wanted to add some jalapeños to it and the teenager (Anna) who was at the counter was the sweetest, friendliest and most respectful employee I have had in a long time at any fast food restaurant. In these trying times we are in and all the negativity out in the World. Anna is a breath of fresh air who helped me have a much better day. Thank you Anna

  It's Arby's if you been to one you have been to all of them. It's a good alternative from a another crap burger.

  Stopped by this Arby's on Highway 20 near Highway 75 in Collinsville and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The restaurant was very clean, and my order came out quickly. I tried the sliders for the first time, and they were surprisingly good—definitely worth ordering. I'll be back the next time I'm in the area!
