  Jr bacon cheeseburger looked nothing like the picture. They looked pre-made because the cheese was dried out on the side. The oil for the fries probably needed changed. I tried to call them but a machine picked up, stated they were busy, and hung up.

  This is the 10th time this month that my husband has tried to get me a cherry limeade and I've had to pour it down the sink because its basically just cherry syrup. Hes even had them remake it a couple of times before settling for what we got. The workers say they dont know what they could do different. Its a shame when no one at the business can make your signature drink. I quit coming here for 2 years because the service was so bad and recently decided to give it a chance again but obviously nothing has changed.

  They are supposed to stop serving shakes at 1 when they close so tell me why I come to sonic at 11:00 pm 2 hrs before they close and they say they aren’t serving shakes if I could give zero stars I would and we had to go to four different stalls until they answered and there card machines don’t work DO NOT COME HERE

  Ordered something that was no longer on the menu, so they made me what I wanted that's not even on the menu and did not charge me. Great customer service

  Went to get my mom, kids, and I some ice cream and my kids chocolate shakes came out melted. When I say melted I mean like water in a cup melted. Cherry and whipped cream was put on bottom and my ice cream was double cupped. Pulled the ice cream cup out and there’s a hole in the bottom with my ice cream coming out. On top of it the car hop doesn’t ever seem happy and gives me dirt/shady looks but she doesn’t even know me. Don’t live here.
