  Hello, I am reporting an issue at the Sonic Drive-In in Cleveland, OK on April 27, 2026. I originally came in to correct an incorrect order from April 17 (received burrito instead of French toast sticks) and pick up a new app order. The carhop assisting me was polite and helpful, however I had a very unprofessional interaction with the manager, Dakota (purple hair). I felt I was spoken to rudely and dismissively when I explained I could not access my receipt at that moment because I had not yet been checked into a stall. I felt treated unfairly as a customer trying to resolve an issue. I also want to report that I was feeling fine before eating my food this morning, but a couple of hours after eating the French toast sticks I began vomiting and am now sick. I am not making any accusations, but I felt it was important to bring this to your attention as a possible food safety concern. This is also the second time I have had a negative interaction with the same manager, and I believe this situation should be reviewed. Thank you for your time.

  If this is the one in Cleveland, if you weren't a call in order you were pretty much looked over and ignored .waited 30 min and never received order after we ordered it at the stall.

  Ordered a med and mini blast. Med was half empty. Stall was broken. Pulled up to hear them apologizing and remaking another customer's order. They forgot the blast toppings the previous time I was there too.
