  We had to wait for someone to come up and take our order, maybe they were short staffed not sure. The space for lids, straws, napkins etc...was unclean and almost completely out of everything there. I was excited going in, as the sign on the Front door advertised for the Whatacatch fish sandwich. When I ordered it the Young employee advised that they dont carry that anymore and they had stopped buying them a few months ago. So why was the sign on the front door? Bah....so I went with something else....and it was pretty tasty. Just not tasty Fish.

  Terrible service, wrote this as I am waiting on my food that is 15 minutes late. Children running around and playing, had to wave down someone within a group of 5 talking and chatting not working. Won’t come back

  My only complaint is that every Friday. After I get off of a double over night shift, I come to waterburger for a jalapeno, biscuit never once have I ever had to wait less than twenty minutes, with only one other car in line. The food is great, and I know I could go somewhere else. When I sure wish waterburger would step up the pace, just a tiny bit

  Normally I'd say this whataburger is average. But my most recent midnight visit saw a change. Ordered a triple meat with onion rings as a sub for fries. I got 4 small rings. 4. Never again visiting that late to get screwed.
