  Playground was closed bc of it being “too hot”, staff was rude especially the lady with the braids and the white shirt. If you’re reading this you need to learn how to talk to customers and not sit there and yell. We waited 25 minutes for our food. They made my coffee but told my dad and my sister their coffee machine was “down” right after they handed me mine. I will NOT be coming back here. My mom asked for a refund and the lady with the braids yelled “I’ll give you a refund in a minute”. Do better. There were no table numbers when u mobile order, wet floor signs that looked to be left out for hours, employees cussing. This is ridiculous!!

  fairly unclean on a normal basis, especially the PlayPlace. had MOLD in my drink carrier, or what looks like it, I only ordered Dr Peppers tho. so that’s a fun plus.

  Absolutely horrible. Sat on the inside drive thru lane for ten minutes and was totally ignored while everyone on the outside lane kept getting to order. Decided to just pull around and go inside. Horrible mistake. Waited another 20 minutes to get our food and we only got it because we wanted a refund and then suddenly our food magically appeared. We said we wanted a refund and the manger ignored us. Never ever will go here again. I don't recommend that anyone else does either.

  I get it McDonalds is McDonalds but this has to be the worst one in Northeast Oklahoma area. I've had issues with this location before but was needing food for my kids as we were passing through to go to a game, 15 minutes from the store I place a mobile order i chose pick up at counter as their drive thru service is slow and atrocious. I get there go inside and customers standing their with irritated looks on their faces. My order is still on the screen hasn't been touched. Finally after standing there for 15 minutes a worker starts to work on my order. As soon as she sees her manager, she tells her its my break time and proceeds to clock out, go to the kiosk place an order go back behind the counter and make her order while mine is still sitting there. After another 5 minutes passes I finally say something to and employee because they wont acknowledge you at the counter. I said how much longer until my order is ready mind you from order placement on the app until now a good 40 minutes has passed. Finally they get the order all together and I'm able to leave, get a mile down the road and the order is completely wrong. We got happy meals but the burgers were wrong, The other value meals we got were supposed to be mcdoubles well they were singles. All this is going on there is what looks like an assistant manager in the back making the food and he just keeps piling it on instead of helping get orders caught up, another kid just wandering around not doing anything. Two girls had ordered some ice cream before I even got there after standing there as long as I was standing there they told the girls our ice cream machine is broke.

  I was here a few hours ago and it smelled awful, the workplace was very dirty. Whenever I walked in, there was a employee complaining about a customer that was asking a simple question about sauces. The service was super slow yet didn't fully seem understaffed. Just overall took awhile to get my food as well. The kiosk was also acting weird and wouldn't take card
