  Food and drink quality is usually OK. Service is slow as molasses. Waiting 10min in the drive thru for 2 drinks that were ordered ahead in the app is quite ridiculous...🤷‍♀️. And it's a recurring issue, not just a single event.

  The manager, she said her name was Dana, was extremely rude and we will not b back. She mock us for not being able to hear her at the drive-thru speaker box and then explain that she should have talked loud cuz it doesn't work good and was somehow upset with us for that.

  They're always screwing up orders even when made ahead of time on the app. I wrote this review because they apparently gave my order away to someone else and had to remake it.

  This is one of the worse services I have ever had it took 20 minutes in drive thru to order my food the order was taken wrong had to correct at window just ordered a sonic smasher no onion and a double cheese burger with mayo lettuce and tomato the sonic smasher was right but I ended up with a single quarter pounder with cheese with very little mayo lettuce tomato the man didn't even say I'm sorry for the wait or sorry for taking the order wrong this was just flat out bad service all together and I didn't even get a receipt either I will not be back at this sonic ever again

  By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic in my life. I waited over 25 minutes for 5 drinks and some cheddar bites and when the drinks got to me they were all watered down. Little to no ice in any of them in the lady CarHop that brought it out was very rude. Sad thing they weren't even busy! Do not go to this location if you are on a time crunch or wanting a fresh drink.
