This location is always very slow. Put in mobile orders and still have to wait way after schedule time to be ready. And it's disappointing once we get our stuff, might as well get charged for a small not a medium like i ordered. Its not even full!! Id rather drive out of my way to go to another location. DO BETTER

Horrible drinks/service and they don’t care! Ordered a large cherry root beer with extra ice, you would think that would be impossible to screw up, but they did it! First of all when I got it it was barely ice. Then when I drank it, it was purely carbonated water and cherry and absolutely no root beer flavor. I informed the carhop and she said since it has color to it, they will not replace. Of course it has color to it, it’s a cherry root beer so I had cherry and carbonated water which made it have color! So I asked her if I’m just stuck with a “insert bad word” drink that isn’t a root beer and she said “yeah“ and walked away! Something drastically needs to change with sonic because this is not the only ones that have went way downhill in the last three years! On top of that took like 3 minutes for her to figure out how to make change from a $20 and gave me all $1s.

Slow rude and even though prices are nearly 30 dollars for two meals the manager just gave me 73 dollars in one dollar bills to punish me for haveing a hundred dollar bill while yelling at me. In other words par for the course. Worst Sonic in the state.
I had to wait 26 minutes for a burger. When I pushed the button to ask how much longer, they were rude and then disconnected our conversation. I called the store and the manager on duty said they couldn't find my food.. not one time did they communicate that with me. It was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a sonic! I definitely would NOT recommend going there

We usually just go to Sonic for drinks. EVERY time I go, it usually takes a long time to get 2 drinks, or we get the wrong drink or last time, they were OUT of Sprite Zero, or they are not made well and taste terrible. At all Sonics the cups are flimsy and usually sticky with overflow and they NEVER have napkins on them. I really feel the problems at this particular Sonic is because they JUST DON’T have enough employees!!! It’s pitiful! The poor employees are running their legs off and just have a very hard time keeping up. So, owners, don’t hold this review against your employees, hold it against yourselves!!! You need to get on the stick and hire more people. If you say you can’t keep employees, I’m sure it’s because they don’t want to work with so few people. Hire enough people where they can work at a reasonable pace, and maybe things will improve. We continue to go to this Sonic because of location, but at times I have thought that I just can’t return. I am BEGGING you to make this work environment better so that the service, and reviews will improve.
