  I ordered 20 wings (10 of each of two flavors) and fries, but the entire meal was a disappointment. The fries weren’t placed in any enclosed container, so they spilled everywhere when I tried to pour them out of the bag—and they were ice cold. The wings were also cold, noticeably undercooked, and the seasoning was only applied properly to about 3 out of 10 pieces. Most of the wings were basically bare. I always want to support new restaurant options in Chickasha and give them a fair chance, but experiences like this make it hard. The lack of care, basic work ethic, and customer service here is consistently frustrating. It’s the main reason I end up driving to Norman, Moore, or OKC instead—those places actually seem to value the business and deliver a better product.

  My dad and I went in to order carry out to bring home to my mom to have dinner 6pc wing and two 10pc wings with fries and three 32 oz drinks. We'll we received only two 32oz and one 20oz after paying for the three 32oz drinks and then I stood there waiting for some so I could get the right cup but my dad was tired if waiting so we just delt with it. Fast forward we get home and get the food out and realize somethings missing and my moms 6pc was missing. This is extremely frustrating especially living 15 minutes from Chickasha and, on top of that paying for it but not receiving it! It anyone takes any thing out of this review I hope its please check your bags and repiets before you leave so you don't end up with a small drink than what you paid for and no main entrée for your lunch/dinner. Deeply disappointed.

  Tried twice, both times big disappointment, especially with how expensive it is. The fries were old and cold & way too salty, the bone-in wings were not cooked long enough, the skin was still soft (gross). I spent $40 (plus tip to have delivered) and I will be having a grilled cheese for dinner because I cannot eat it. The only plus is that the staff was friendly.

  I ordered on the app and it showed my card declined for some reason so I used my boyfriends card. After looking at our online banking, it showed that it took the total out of both of our accounts. When I got to the store to pick up my food, I addressed this issue with the cashier (who was very nice) and she informed me she needed to go get a manager. She walked back toward the back (I could still see her from the front) and talked to two people whom I assume were the managers. They then looked like they were bickering about who was going to come help me. They then proceeded to sit there and play rock paper scissors (while I can see them the entire time) and still continued to sit there. Finally some younger looking male employee walks up and I repeated my issue to him and he just seemed like he didn't know how to handle the situation at all.
