  It was a Sunday Night and there were only 2 young people working, and at least 10 waiting. I was annoyed at the wait but understood the problem. They did eventually get my food and it was delicious. I frown upon the management who scheduled only 2 people on a Sunday night. But under the stress of angry customers Laurie and Cadence did the best that they could. There really should have been at least 5 people scheduled for the volume of orders. Do better management...

  Food was great, staff was great. Only real complaint i had was that the dining room was really hot.

  Stopped in here for dinner. The food was fresh. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint we had was the temperature of the dinning area. 80° inside in the middle of July seamed unnecessary

  Ordered online around six july 12th. When we arrived they once again could not find our order and claimed it wasn't in the system. They have already done this to us previously so its a recurring issue. We waited an hour the first time as it was right after they opened officially, we gave it another chance today. It took 3 of them pluse the on duty management to FIND THE COMPLETED order sitting right behind them on the counter. After my husband had repeated his name multiple times and being told they didnt have it. As you can imagine he was irritated so when he called to complain to upper management he was meet with the most unprofessional child of a manager. Who was highly aggressive and combative! This manager continued the argument stating he has witness to back his side up. I'm sorry but its customer service and Chickasha Wing stop continues to prove that the CUSTOMERS are clearly not important and return business is apparently unwantted.

  I ordered 20 wings (10 of each of two flavors) and fries, but the entire meal was a disappointment. The fries weren’t placed in any enclosed container, so they spilled everywhere when I tried to pour them out of the bag—and they were ice cold. The wings were also cold, noticeably undercooked, and the seasoning was only applied properly to about 3 out of 10 pieces. Most of the wings were basically bare. I always want to support new restaurant options in Chickasha and give them a fair chance, but experiences like this make it hard. The lack of care, basic work ethic, and customer service here is consistently frustrating. It’s the main reason I end up driving to Norman, Moore, or OKC instead—those places actually seem to value the business and deliver a better product.
