I’m not thrilled or comfortable ordering by kiosk as I have allergy concerns. Second, the entire time I was in the store not one person working behind the counter acknowledged anyone in the lobby other than calling out the name on the order. Our order was be slow as per other reviews and that was fine. What was not fine was the slippery floors throughout the lobby and the sticky tables. Our napkins stuck to tables and not coming up. Gross. The final insult was having to grab someone’s attention to finish getting items from my order. Three cups. Sat on the counter for me. No eye contact. No apologies. No thank you. Shame on Taco Bell and store managers for allowing this atmosphere to exist. I felt like an inconvenience in a truck stop bathroom. Seriously grateful this isn’t MY local Taco Bell. I feel sorry for the people in Chickasha. Y’all should feel ashamed opening your doors.

I get it Chickasha is a poor town but taco bell is a chain that can afford to give people what they are paying for. I definitely will be continuing to make the drive to Lawton for good food
