  Hot fudge was all on the bottom. The ice cream was mostly gone before reaching it. Soda was very watery. Fries were not hot and crisp.

  They totally bought to my order. I asked for cheese on the chicken sandwich, and got none. I asked for mustard on my double cheeseburger and specifically said, twice, no ketchup and no mayonnaise, and got no mustard, but I did get lots of mayonnaise and ketchup. I ordered french fries with my combo and did not get them. Fortunately all this was discovered before we left. They replaced the cheeseburger with a properly manufactured one, gave us a piece of cheese for the chicken sandwich, and gave me the worst french fries I've ever seen or tasted in my whole life. I nearly broke a tooth on the first bite of french fries - they were that overcooked and that old! I thought about throwing them out to the birds but I didn't want to kill any of them.

  Had to push call button twice for a response. Ordered and waited and waited and waited. Had to push call button two more times for a response after all other cars had left, they arrived after me btw. Asked to check on order. They popped right out w it. Chedder bites were cold. I was on a trip back to okc and needed on the road so I didn't wait for more. When I got on the road i ate 2 or 3 then decided to just eat the soft pretzel. It was over cooked, dark in color and shivered up... really.?!! This sonic needs closed or new management worth their salt.

  Worse sonic ever I could have went to a restaurant and gotten my food faster! People pulling in after me was getting there food and all I ordered was a burger and cheddar peppers 26 minutes later hell no but staff outside visiting … poor management every time I’ve attempted to come here
