  The service was great and the food was ready really quickly!! The food was also delicious as usual.

  Been sick for a few days and finally got my appetite back today, asked for a sausage breakfast burrito add bacon. Charged me for the additional bacon, lied to my face about them adding it. Opened it up and there's none. I also waited ten minutes for one item? With as many people as there were, there was only two employees that appeared to be running the whole store.

  A dollar and some change for a simple cup of ice and this is after spending $27 dollars. Ridiculous.

  This location has really gone downhill. I don’t expect perfection, and I’m happy to give a restaurant a pass for an occasional bad day, but after multiple disappointing visits, this seems to be a pattern rather than an exception. The food quality has been lacking. On two separate occasions, I ordered breakfast burritos that contained only a few small pieces of sausage and what seemed like barely a tablespoon of egg. That’s simply not acceptable for a paid menu item. The service has also been extremely frustrating. On my most recent visit, the order screen indicated that our food was on its way, yet we still waited more than 20 additional minutes. During that time, several cars that arrived after us were served first, including the vehicle parked next to us. An employee even spent time chatting with them before bringing out their food while we continued to wait. To make matters worse, our order wasn’t complicated—just two hot dogs and an order of chicken strips. I understand that restaurants get busy, but repeated issues with both food quality and service make it hard to justify returning. Unfortunately, this experience earns only one star from me.
