  Worst experience at a Sonic Drive-In I've ever had. Placed order at kiosk, paid for order and added a 20% tip. Waited and waited, then graphics timed out, screen went black, reset to menu after about 10 minutes. Waited another few minutes then pressed red call button and asked about our order. Three minutes later food came out to car. Burgers and chicken were cold, tots were lukewarm. Not sure what their employee problems are but we noticed several other customers that had arrived there right after we did, were still waiting for their food. I will never again tip in advance at any eating establishment.

  Food is rarely correct unless its only drinks. Service is slow. The store is dirty on the outside. Trash in parking lot. Not going back.
