  You know I completely understand people have bad days so I’m trying to give this guy grace. But just experienced the absolute worst customer service ever. We waited 10 minutes in the drive through behind another car. No one ever came to the window. So decided to go in to wait another 5 minutes on someone to come to the counter after both of them had seen me. To only be greeted with I thought the door was locked you’ll have to go through the drive through. I said I’ve been in the drive through for 10 minutes. He stated ok well I’ll meet you at the window. We get back to the window when he very rudely asks what’s the name my husband told him goes and gets the pizzas instead of handing my husband a couple at a time since we had a very large order he hands the whole order through the window. My husband asks can you take some off, the guy jerks boxes off the top. My husband asks was there a reason my wife couldn’t get them from inside the worker said no not in particularly have a good night. Like what the crap! Just smile through it make the day better for yourself!

  I placed an order online and when I pulled up to pick it up they said they never received my order, even though I called the number from their website. We thought we could eat there since they don't close till 10pm but they have all the chairs over the tables like they are about to close and it was only 7pm when we showed up.. TERRIBLE PLACE!! I see why they have a 3 Star Review, they might as well shut down!!.

  We walked in at 7pm expecting the usual sit down experience of a Pizza Hut. The lady was stacking chairs on tables and vacuuming like they were closing. She finally noticed us. We had to place our order at the counter and discovered all their drinks are in a plastic bottle and that day they only had water bottles in stock. We kindly asked to change our order to carry out and took our food to our room. The pizza was still the same amazing taste so I would still recommend for that, just plan to do a to go order.

  The Hut in Broken Bow could be cool but the management would not allow it. The setup is very cool. Old school Hut inside with buffet and canopy lights. But the buffet was not set up and the store ran out of several crust sizes.

  The wait is about 1hr I do not recommend they have only one employee doing everything and they are very limited on items. I do not recommend totally unsatisfied with the whole order and pick up.
