  Having visited other wingstop locations in the Tulsa area I stopped by this location recently. The food is decent however as some of the other reviews on this location, the service leaves A LOT to be desired. Worst customer service at this location. A few of the employees are decent workers but for the most part you get ignored while waiting on your order. No sense of urgency and I've seen poor delivery drivers stuck waiting on their orders in addition to carryout customers. The food at this location is decent but customer service failures overshadow that. The hillside Broken arrow location is a gem by comparison.

  Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I walked in and was completely ignored for about 5 minutes, the girl employee walks up from the back and starts having an argument with one of the employees before finally coming up to me, i told her i had a mobile pick up that wasn’t ready yet according to the board but was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago, she proceeds to stare at me and then walk away, about 5 minutes later she puts my bag on the mobile pick up but not call it out, helps everyone but completely ignores me, after about 5 minutes she yells out “is anyone (the order name)” i say “yeah” she throws it on the table then says thanks with attitude in her voice. i get having a bad day but don’t take it out on customers that did absolutely nothing. i was nothing but respectful until she showed disrespect. Get better employees. Got home, fries were not cooked at all, we had to cook them in the air fryer at home (they were supposed to be extra crispy) we ordered one lemon pepper and one hot honey rub and neither one had any seasoning at all (also supposed to have double seasoning), also only got one honey mustard dip when we ordered 3 which cost money btw, absolutely ridiculous

  We have been going to this location since the day it opened. They always had the best customer service & our order was always right. If your order wasn’t right, the manager would make sure to make it right with a huge smile and so kind! Now that there’s a new manager and new staff, our orders are always wrong. Even when we’ve waited over 50 minutes for our order, they don’t make it right or apologize for the long wait. If they were busy when these occasions occurred, trust me I’d understand, but they were not. Bring back the old crew, they were absolutely amazing!

  This Wingstop has always been consistent with excellent food and exceptional service. This is one Wingstop worth giving a try. They work hard and it shows.
