  This is by far one of the best wingstops in Oklahoma and its not even close. I have been going to this location for months and they are very consistent. The crew are very professional at the same time also absolutely welcoming. Of course nothing is perfect but damn they are what all wingstops should try to be like. The evening/night crew deserve more props.

  Best experience at a wingstop. Kudos to Isaiah and team working today (2 May at 1300) they were super courteous and assisted us with flavors and answering our questions. You don't see this type of customer service much these days. Super appreciative of how much they helped us. Hopefully their management sees this! Great job guys.

  Awesome Wing Stop. Wanted to give a special shout out to Isaiah, who went the extra mile for us while we were in town this weekend. It's a level of service that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thank you guys!

  Had an experience here yesterday ended in a positive result though. Very thankful to the young man working last night he was very helpful to my issue and very informative. I had to return my order because the wings that I ordered were well done in these were rather chewy and not enjoyable. The employee understood the issue and stated that this specific location has the temperature turned down on the friars due to complaints previously on the well done wings being overcooked. So basically we're in like a super white area or something where people are trying to be Uber healthy and that is just not what Wingstop is but they're willing to adjust because of the amount of complaints which I can't really stand on that. That being said the worker took his time to explain all of this and offered the refund or another round of wings and I didn't wear anyone to waste anybody's time but he felt confident about the next batch. The next batch was cooked to perfection and he had compensated us with drinks and such to make up for the turnaround with the vehicle to get the order right. Pretty awesome customer service and the atmosphere honestly was super clean inside everything was stocked no weird smells like I'm reading in these other comments. I did not get the gentleman's name but a super appreciate you and your team for dealing with me so late. Very grateful and glad to know that there is good customer service out there like that. I will return but I will make sure to come in person to make sure I don't meet the standard of the people who previously complained of the quality. Maybe they don't understand Wingstop and need to stick to Walmart.
